I enjoyed my stay at Industrial Chic! This place is as advertised - beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. Lots of extra touches from the kitchen to the bathrooms added more comfort to my stay. It's an easy check-in and front door process. The owner was available if I needed anything, which I did not. Parking was simple. This place is within walking distance to restaurants and shops on the Decatur square, too. I would stay here again!

#### Perfect space and location

Industrial Chic was a perfect fit for my family with 2 boys. It was easy to get to everything that we wanted to do in Atlanta. The amenities were a lot of fun with the pool, club room, and fitness center.

#### Comfortable and Quiet

This was such a nice alternative to a hotel room. The location was close to everything downtown. It was easy to get in and out of the building. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The building was not loud. There were only a couple of times I heard anything out in the hallway or above the unit. It was nice to have so much space to relax in after a long day out.

#### Lovely apartment in Decatur!

This property was just as lovely as the photos. Shante was very, very accessible and friendly for any questions or concerns. The location was wonderful to visit with family in Decatur. Decatur has fabulous restaurants and shops. The location of the apartment was perfectly convenient. We would definitely rent here again.

#### Guest Ready & Great Location

The hosts of this weekend rental were amazing in that they kept me informed of each next steps to check into the unit and also for check out. The rental was picture perfect and guest ready. The location to be in DT Decatur can't be beat. It was my first time to Decatur and who know such a small town environment had so much to offer from a gastro pub perspective! I recommend this rental and the lovely town of Decatur - I look forward to my next return. Oh, one last thing....who knew MARTA goes from the airport to Decatur....the next time I won't rent a car.

#### Good location, nice amenities

We had four of us in the two bedroom unit. There was plenty of space, and everything worked well. The pros: having a washer/dryer in the unit was great and allowed us to pack lighter; the mattresses were large and comfortable; there's a full assortment of spices for cooking; the exercise room on the first floor was very well stocked with machines and weights; the club room, across from the exercise room, allowed us to gather as a group with others with pool, ping pong, foosball and more; the location near a MARTA station meant driving was less needed; and the nice surrounding neighborhoods allowed us to walk a lot. The cons are more minor: the kitchen light hangs in front of the stove at face level so I was constantly ducking it; the plates and bowls are plastic, which isn't great especially for microwaving. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Clean, spacious apartment and a convenient stay

The apartment was as described/as pictured, was clean, and we will likely stay again when returning to the area. Communication surrounding check-in & check-out was helpful and clear. Free parking in the attached parking garage was very easy to use: it was nice to not have the daily headache of having to search for safe, affordable parking in an unfamiliar area. Location is walking distance from several restaurants and at least a couple small convenience stores; Publix was just a couple minute drive away. Weather was a lot colder than usual during our stay so we didn't get to fully enjoy the balcony or use the pool but would have been very nice in warmer weather. We didn't have to contact the host for any issues but have the impression that our concerns would have been responded to/addressed quickly had we needed to reach out about something. Glad we chose to stay here for our short trip.

#### Terrible! We couldn't wait to leave. Avoid this VRBO. Look for alternatives. 

We stay in VRBO's all over the country& globally (Dubai, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina etc). This was sadly our first terrible experience. Pro's: The place is in a perfect location close to our family which we flew out to see for the thanksgiving holiday. It's walkable to many coffee and restaurants etc. That was basically the only plus. Con's:1)Not luxury really at all. It's industrial, but not luxury. 2) No hooks for robes or towels in the bathroom- small detail. They only have towel bars. 3) Dead batteries in remotes for the TV that we had to replace- another small detail but should have been checked prior to check in. We walked to the CVS to buy them and replaced them.4) No extra toilet paper in the unit. We grabbed extra from our family house closeby. Small detail but should be provided in a "luxury" spot5) No hot water for the first 2 days of stay. This was fixed but we ended up showering at our family close buy until it was remedied. MAJOR inconvenience. 6) Dead battery on the keyless entry. This was another major issue. We couldn't enter the unit. I had to google "keyless entry dead battery" fix. The remedy was buying a 9 volt battery, holding it against the bottom of the lock until it had enough power to enter the code and get into the unit. We ended up carrying a 9 volt battery around just to ensure we could get back in when we would leave to do anything. really? Luxury? This was never fixed during our stay even after messaging hosts. AVOID

#### Clean, comfortable and quiet

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom unit in a great location. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The property was very clean and quiet. The washer and dryer were nice and there is a pool on site. There is ample parking in the garage. Communication and responsiveness from management were excellent.

This property by far was one of the most accurate and best stays that I have ever had on VRBO. The online images were 100% representative of the actual property. Not only was the property in tip top shape, the amenities provided by the owners (e.g. towels, linens. toiletries) were perfect.
