The Space A comfortable and stylish stay for 6 guests just outside the city and perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay in the scenic Stone Mountain area. As you enter, you\`ll be greeted by a plush and inviting living room with a large sectional sofa, additional chair, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home. Within view is the dining area with a round table for good dinner conversation when you eat at home. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for preparing meals at home. There are 3 bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind. All of the bedrooms feature plush queen beds and Smart TVs! The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has an ensuite bathroom. And there is another full bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 to share that features a tub/shower combo. Outside, you can relax on the patio and enjoy the fresh air in the backyard. It\`s a great spot to relax, have a cup of coffee, or simply soak up the sunshine. Other notable features of this home include a billiards room with a felt pool table and ready for some indoor fun! Getting Around The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 18 miles from the property. There’s parking at the home in the driveway for 2-3 cars and plenty of transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too. Other things to note Please note the following important information before booking: It’s a two-story home with stairs. This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started. Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged. Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests\` safety. Our clothes smelled of smoke and we developed a lot of congestion to the point we couldn't breathe well. It's an old home, and while a good portion of the home has been nicely remodeled, the living and dining room is cheaply furnished and the mattress we used upstairs was quite uncomfortable. While the host told us it was a water bug we saw in the home, cockroaches and water bugs are part of the same family, and water bugs are strictly aquatic insects. We found a dead cockroach in our clothing when we returned home. There's no shampoo/conditioner provided, and the washing machine left our clothes damp. Even after drying our clothes twice in the dryer, there was an odor, and our whites had changed to a slightly grayish color. The bed downstairs was comfortable, the pool table was fun, and we appreciated having Netflix and AC. The skylights woke us quite early in the master downstairs, but otherwise, it was nice. ##### Kristin S.
