This high-rise condominium is in the heart of Downtown Atlanta with 5 -star amenities. Close to the best of Atlanta's nightlife, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, and the airport. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, America's Mart, shopping, and more. You will love the space for the comfor Check-In & Access: Check-in is quick and hassle-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and guide you to your unit. The condo features keyless entry, and key fobs are provided so you can freely enter and exit the building throughout your stay. With two MARTA stations just minutes away, getting around Atlanta is convenient and easy, making this location ideal for both visitors and business travelers. Guests have full access to the entire condo, so the space is completely yours—make yourself at home. Check-in is simple and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit. You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for easy access to the condo. Inside, a key fob is provided to allow convenient entry and exit from the building for the duration of your stay. We’re always available to assist with anything you need. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Everything is updated and clean from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line queen mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the high end sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom. 50 inch TV with Roku and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to \- America's Mart \- Phillips Arena \- World Conference Center \- Mercedes-Benz Stadium \- Centennial Park \- Coca-Cola Museum \- Georgia Aquarium \- less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores. I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed. Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price. Other Notes: I have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. I welcome all! Come and stay at "The B Unit". HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. z WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. z ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. It was a bit like a 2-star hotel. Kind of run down. Only one very thin blanket on the bed (but they dropped off another for me), hardly any kitchen items and dishes, no toaster, very spartan in general.
