The house was spotlessly clean, and the pictures matched exactly what we got—no surprises there. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and being so close to family made visiting them a breeze. The only hiccup was that the house felt pretty chilly when we arrived. We had to text the house manager twice to bump up the heat, but once they adjusted it, it stayed cozy for the rest of our trip. The frame is very sharp and needs to be addressed. Maybe it could have been avoided with a bed skirt. There was no hand soap in the house (bathrooms or kitchen) or any laundry detergent.
