Discover the perfect blend of modern elegance and spacious living. This meticulously designed space invites you to indulge in comfort and style. This property does have a pool (not heated) which is located in the backyard, although we strive to have a crystal clear water pool we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. We have a weekly pool service (not daily), but we do provide a net to use daily to clean the leaves out of the pool as it is surrounded by trees. Pool can be enjoyed from April through Oct, although it is dependent on the outside temperature.(temperature of the water must be in the 70's to be considered safe to swim in). Property is pet friendly with an $85 pet fee stay ($25 for additional pets, we request this after you book)). Property offers plenty of parking, a large front yard and a semi fenced in backyard. (dogs less than 25 pounds may be able to find an area or two that they can fit through, pets should not be left alone outside) \-This property offers ample space with two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 5 Tvs, and a work desk, and a bonus to family-friendly attractions at nearby Stone Mountain Park. \- Enjoy relaxing moments at Pine Lake Beach, or venture into Atlanta to visit iconic spots like the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium. \-After a day of exploring or working take a quick refreshing dip in the pool or enjoy a movie night on one of the 5 Smart TVs. \- The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We had a group of 5 adults and had plenty of space. Loved the outside areas especially the pool. The neighborhood was quiet - easy to get to lots of locations within 15-30 minutes. AC worked great in 100 degree weather. Kitchen could use a few more tools (if you want to make a meal) \[no colander, sub-par knives, etc\] but we made it work. Master bed was nice the other two didn't get great reviews from our family. Biggest bummer was the microfiber sheets - hot as he!! More places to hang wet towels and swimming suits would be great (maybe a retractable clothesline in the pool room). We enjoyed the "wild-ness" of the backyard - lots of bird songs and dragonflies. Overall great value for a spacious place with a private pool. ##### G J. Jun 18, 2025 #### Mixed Feelings First off I would like to thank you for letting book and stay at the property. There were many things we liked about the house; the kitchen was awesome and having two living rooms was nice. Plus being able to bring our dogs was a huge help. The issues we had was out of your control, the fact the AC wasn’t working properly made it sticky in the house especially at night. The pool had some dirt/leaves in it and no one ever came and cleaned the pool while we were there which some days we were busy and couldn’t have enjoyed it anyways. Personally I would think if some of the bushes and stuff were cleaned out of the backyard it would make it look better I was afraid I was going to find a snake back there and I am terrified of them lol Lora was the absolute sweetest and I very much appreciated all her help.
