Enjoy comfort, convenience & space to unwind. \- Sleeps 6 | 2 bedrooms | 3 beds | 2 baths \- Balcony w/ city views \- Full kitchen & dining area \- WiFi & dedicated workspace \- In-unit washer/dryer (paid) \- Elevator access & 24-hour concierge If I am not sleeping or at the gym, then I am available. I have 100% response rate and usually answer within 15 minutes. You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? Very walkable with restaurants in every direction. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks a couple blocks away. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay. Sleeping arrangements Two bedrooms and two baths make the condo comfortable for up to six guests, with three beds providing flexible options for families, friends, or coworkers traveling together. The layout creates a natural balance between shared time in the living area and moments of privacy when you need to recharge. Kitchen and dining A full kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you're grabbing breakfast before heading to a conference or enjoying a relaxed dinner in after exploring the neighborhood. The dining table easily becomes the center of conversation, planning, or quiet work sessions during your stay. Comfort and convenience Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help you fine-tune the indoor climate throughout the season. You’ll also have WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work, along with TVs with standard cable when you want to unwind. In-unit laundry is available (paid), and self check-in by keypad makes arrival smooth. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and bathroom basics are provided to keep your stay simple. Outdoor and building features The patio or balcony offers elevated city views that feel especially striking in the winter evenings. The Peachtree Center MARTA station is a short walk away, connecting you directly to the airport and other parts of the city. Landmarks such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World Congress Center sit within easy reach, making this an ideal home base for business travelers, event-goers, and winter city explorers. Perfect for Work trips, group getaways, and extended stays, with long term stays allowed for those who need a reliable home base in the city. Whether you're here for meetings or making the most of Atlanta’s urban energy, this condo offers a comfortable, well-equipped space to settle into between everything the downtown area has to offer. Peachtree Center Marta Station is 1 block away. Surface parking lot right next to the building. A parking deck a block away. Street parking is available but hard to find. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price. HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level. ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed. PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure.
