Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath duplex unit, walking distance to downtown Decatur available for a short or long-term stay. 5 minute drive to Agnes Scott , 10 minutes to Emory, 15 minute drive to downtown Atlanta. Walking distance to the best foods and coffee shops in Decatur!  
  
Features 65” Samsung smart TV, pull out sofa (queen), adjustable tempur-pedic mattress and pillows, IKEA pax closet, Samsung Family Hub refrigerator, and perfectly decorated deck! Speedy wifi and NEW everything!  
The space  
This Earthcraft certified greenhouse is a beautifully decorated and freshly renovated abode. Come back to the comfiest Joybird sofa, tempur-pedic pillows, and make yourself at home in this pristine Bungalow.  
This cozy home includes central heating & AC, an additional fresh air filter, hard wood floors, white linens and towels and a full washer & dryer. The living room also includes a smart tv, a working nook, and a beautiful pull out sofa. The kitchen features electric stove, microwave, keurig, and toaster oven. #### Wonderful

Very nice-definitely newly remodeled and refurnished. We did not end up enjoying the deck and outside but both looked great. The location was great for our purposes. Nikola, the hostess was very quick to answer any questions we had. Originally when we booked there was a statement about personal amenities which we thought would include shampoo and conditioner; but that was not there when we stayed. It does look like that's been updated. We also did not see a suitable table for eating, but we did not really miss it, since we did not eat any meals there. We do hope to stay here the next time we come to Decatur.
