They are very responsive, easy to work with, and thoughtful. It was a short family trip, for my oldest daughter to visit Georgia Tech and the youngest daughter wanted to go to Atlanta for her birthday. When we walked inside the house there was a happy birthday balloon, a card, and her favorite dessert. She was so happy and excited. That was an awesome heater of the hot.The house is cute and the pictures represent it well. Large living area with a comfy couch, updated kitchen and plenty of dinning space. The house is an area the they are revitalizing, so there is some homes that are not kept and some are. The neighborhood is quiet. As far as location in the city, it is convenient, can get to anywhere within 20 minutes.If I had to nitpick, I would say it’s time for the carpet in the bedrooms to be replaced.
