The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Communication was excellent. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was that the people who live upstairs are very early risers and the sounds travel downstairs. My other party member and I had a great stay here! We chose this place because of how close it is to Variety Playhouse (about a 7 minute drive). It is also walking distance to a few local places to eat. We appreciated the K-cups, creamer, and sugar that was left for us. The bathroom is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. There was always a spot for us to park in. Michael is quick with responses and that was very much appreciated as well. Noise from upstairs and the laundry room were a bit much for me at night (I am used to a house) but it was otherwise a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. I really enjoyed the coffee selections and that tea was also available. The washer/dryer combo was also a big bonus for me as I had unfortunately spilled on some of my clothes and didn’t have to find a laundromat. ##### Amy C.
