We do want to apologize for the small inconveniences you experienced during your reservation. We will do a thorough check throughout the room to make sure there aren't any cracks in the baseboards. As for the pool it is currently still closed due to a cleaning process and the time for our pool. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Sorry the Wi-Fi was not up to your standard. We did have a lot of guests staying in the hotel and maybe that caused the network to be slower than usual. But we do want to say thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a review for our property.

I am truly sorry for the late reply to your review, but we do apologize for the inconvenience due to the phone in your room not working. We did go ahead and make a note of your room having that issue so we could make sure it did not occur again. And we also made sure the phones in all rooms were working as well. As for the shelf in the bathroom we only have the places in the corners of the bathtub to hold soap and shampoo. But we do hope to have you back here eventually and on behalf of the staff here at The Best Western Plus we do want to say thank you for the awesome score and the polite review especially regarding our front desk team.
