Apartment of modern architectural construction, elevated, in an excellent location, it is 12 km from Athens International Airport, just 10 minutes by car, 3 km from the Hippodrome of Athens, 1500 meters from the beaches of Porto Rafti and 200 meters from Porto Avenue Rafti, where there is a supermarket, cafe and public bus station within walking distance. It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment that offers two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
