Clean room, wonderful owner, beautiful location in the country and easy and quick access to the airport. We had dinner both nights we stayed at Varaba. The dinners were outstanding; authentic Greek prepared by Nikolia who went out of her way to make our experience perfect!

Varaba Country House was the perfect place to stay before my flight the following day. It is in a peaceful and beautiful location close to the airport, and Niki was a wonderful host who cooked the guests a delicious Greek dinner. Room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped - highly recommend!

We stayed at Varaba as we had a very early flight out from Athens. It is a lovely place with wonderful hosts that cooked us a delicious 3 course meal. Definitely recommend.

Lovely location, in the middle of pistachio, fig, and olive orchards and a horse paddock. Close to the airport, which is ideal. Even though you hear the planes overhead, you also get a taste of the countryside, with birds and wind in the trees, plus a house dog and cat. A perfect place to recover from jet lag or rest up before a long flight.

Such a nice place. Owner offered to organize airport transportation for 25euro/trip and homemade dinner for 21euro/person also and it was delicious. The home is so beautiful and everyone is so nice. It feels more like you're staying with a family friend than at a hotel.

What a great find! Such a nice place close to the airport. Perfect stay the night before our international flight. We went with their transportation as well as their homemade dinner. Made some new friends and had a wonderful evening! Pretty grounds to walk around as well!

We arrived late after the restaurant and reception was closed. Nikolia was excellent, she made sure we had food delivered and a taxi ordered for early the next morning. The house is also lovely, it's a shame we were only stopping overnight. Definitely the place to stay for Athens airport.

Great little B&B close to the airport but also feels like miles away in the country. Very secluded so nothing v close by unless you have a car. Quiet surrounding except for the planes landing. Our room was v pleasant, v clean and had a good shower. Dinner was prepared by staff so you could eat at the property. We left too early for breakfast.

A rural setting near the airport.

It has a nice country feel with a lovely little church nearby and only 10-15 minutes from the international airport. The breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. The room was a bit smaller than expected but big enough and the accessories were good quality.
