The hotel is modern, clean, and close to some great restaurants. Main tourist attractions are also a quick metro ride away. Only drawback is the condition of the area around the hotel, It's rather grimy. However the hotel itself is good.

Check in was not good as I need to keep following up if my room is ready. Also. No option if you did not bring your own plug to be able to charge your phone. They recommend you to buy a plug converter. It would be nice if they have a plug converter or at least have a usb port to charge. The good thing is their breakfast is great and the staff in the eating area are very accomodating. I suggest that many who are booked in hotels leave early so I recommend at least to make the breakfast available at least 630am instead of 7.

One block in one direction can be really unsafe. The hotel looks like it should not belong on that street. It is directly next to a police station so maybe that would make you feel safer. The train is a 5 min walk and it’s totally worth it. The hotel itself was very nice and spacious and clean! Breakfast included was pretty good too!

Very nice hotel, close to metro- nicely equipped rooms, great breakfast However, the environment ist suspicious. At night there seemed to be hookers, drug addicts and homeless people around. One night a man was lying directly on the Main Street Besides that- a great hotel in the heart of Athens

Surprisig very good!

Very nice and clean room. Not very generous as space but they are cosy. The soft drinks and water from mini bar was for free. On top, o bottle of good red wine was also in the room for free. Quite impresive their generosity!

Receptionist was very rude and annoyed while welcoming guest so first impression is awful! Rooms are not bad but too small. Wine was having given is so pretty but it is not delicious one. Hotels environment is worst part, we could not reached via navigation. While searching the hotel, we saw homeless peoples everywhere!!! It is frightening. We saw police’s near the hotel but they ignored others and chatting. Breakfast is the only good one, and all breakfast stuff is really helpful :) After all, the hotel is the worst hotel, I have ever experienced!!! I don’t recommend.

Good, but ONLY because of the low cost

For the price, the hotel itself, is really nice. The staff are great and the breakfast has a nice assortment of food. There are a few NEGATIVE things, however, that simply couldn't be overlooked: 1. THE ELEVATOR!!! This alone would prevent me from giving the hotel a 5. Even if it was free! Every time it stops on a floor there is a high-pitched tone, that just goes on for 5-10 seconds. It literally left me with a ringing on my ears! WHY? Just fix it. It can't be that hard! Rip out the speaker if you have to! I would literally walk up to the third floor, just so that i didn't have to hear it! 2. Location - Sadly despite the hotel having a nice appearance - white marble, modern aesthetician - the buildings and Ashley's all around are... sketchy. I didn't run into any issues, but I'm 6' and nearly 200lbs. Even then, I had moments where I felt concerned. Yes, there a police station next door, literally. However, that doesn't help much one you go around a corner or two of some shady alley. The bathroom is a mixed bag. The shower is wonderful. Moreover, I sincerely appreciated the true separation of the bathroom and the sleeping space. Unfortunately, that comes at the cost of a sink and counter that can hardly fit a toothbrush! And I was in the "superior room." The sink in the standard room must be the size of a teacup! Finally, there is no fridge. It is literally only so enough to fit soda cans and water bottles.
