Downtown Athens apartment unit, the ideal spot for your Athens visit. Steps from Athen’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment. An easy walk to campus and Sanford Stadium and one block from the Classic Center. The apartment features three bedrooms, each with their own en-suit, and an open concept kitchen and living room area, perfect for entertaining.

This unit is a beautiful, light filled unit on the second floor of an apartment building. It features three very large bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. Each bathroom has a shower/tub combo, as well as, a single vanity.

The living room and kitchen flow into one room and has a very open concept. There is a large island with bar stools for a place to sit and enjoy dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, we also provide a roll of paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, and trash bags. Enjoy watching TV on the 55" TV with an Amazon Fire Stick to watch whatever shows you would like. We do not have cable, but netflix, hulu, prime video, etc. are all easily accessible on the tv.

Guests do have access to a washer and drier that are both located at the end of the hallway.

We offer one free parking spot, and on street parking is available or you can park in one of the decks that is close to the apartment.
