Central Coast vacation rentals

This is a lovely place with all of the amenities. The cottage has a very comfortable queen bed with 1000 thread count linens with your own master bathroom. The bathroom has a full tub with detachable shower head and a large mirror over the sink. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and water bottles.

The front room is very open with a three stool bar that is connected to the kitchen. There are two couches, one with three seats, and the second is a loveseat. There is updated décor throughout the house that we know you will enjoy. For additional guests, there is a queen size air mattress with built-in pump for easy use, and of course, fresh bed linens and pillows.

The backyard has a fully enclosed fenced area that you can access from the backdoor that has a dog door for easy in/out access for you four legged friend. The fence is fully enclosed and your dog will not be able to escape and the dog door will allow access to house from backyard area.

There are board games for family fun, TV with Netflix, and free WIFI.

Clean and Comfortable

Rustic, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs in Atascadero. Close to downtown. Well stocked with essential needs. Bed, bedding and couch very comfortable. Quick and helpful response from the host. Would most definitely rent again.

Atascadero Duplex

The property was comfortable and clean, provided everything we needed for our short stay and was centrally located. I made a mistake and thought I had booked the duplex for 7 nights. When we realized the mistake the owner was originally nice enough to allow me to stay one additional night and initially was only going to charge an extra cleaning fee to have cleaner return the next day. However, an hour later he claimed he had to cancel another booking because of me and applied a partial charge for the cancelled booking. Not having another option that late in the day, I complied with the payment. However, the next day the power went out. I asked about a slight discount for my inconvience and the owner refused. The power did come back on after another hour and I was able to shower prior to check out time. However, due to the owners responses I can not and will not refer this place again to anyone.

The cottage is a very cute duplex in a nice neighborhood.

The rental is half if a cute duplex. It was clean and even nicer than we expected. The only minor problem was that the screen door sticks quite a bit, so it felt locked and it took us a while to figure out how to get in. Everything else was very nice.

Comfortable place to stay in Atascadero

This place had a wonderful bed which was memory foam. It was a king size bed. They had a nice place to put your car off street. It was a covered area. The kitchen was well stocked. You had plenty of shampoo and body wash for your entire stay. You also had lots of coffee and filters. We were able to cook many nice meals there. The area is very nice. You are close to a bigger town of San Luis obispo, and you still have the small town feel.

33 Days in Atascadero

Cottage was clean and nicely stocked. Nice location within walking distance of the area and close to the police services. Although a duplex, we didn’t hear our neighbors at all. The only issue we had was with the internet at times…it could be intermittent. There are washers and dryers available but be aware, they are coin operated.

Very nice little house in an Ok neigjborhood

This was a perfectly acceptable house with a few issues at least from me. There is really no closet space and very little space to put your clothes. Kitchen was well appointed and there was a nice living room with adequate WIFI. The place was good for our dogs with a doggie door and a small fenced backyard. There was ample parking. A big peeve I had with the house was that the washer dryer in the basement was coin operated and I needed to go to a close clothes washing establishment. I think the W/D should be part of the rental price. The house is near many restaurants and the cool downtown area with multiplex theater very near. All in all I recommend this rental.

Thanksgiving Weekend

What a great little cottage. So clean, everything you need for a little get away. It you stay, you need to go to Tin City...a great little place for lunch or dinner (I think that they're open that late). Morro Bay was beautiful too! It's a duplex cottage, but we never heard the neighbors next door. A great place!

This was a perfect place to stay for my friends and for our Spartan race weekend. It was in a short driving distance from the venue, it was cozy, and in a cute neighborhood. If ever in the area I would definitely look into staying here again!

Wonderful Homestay in Atascadero

Nicholas is a very gracious host. This vacation rental has everything you need for a enjoyable stay, Great wifi, all kitchen supplies, linens, tv and covered parking. Quiet neighborhood.

Cute house, great location

Lovely little house. Clean, well stocked, comfy bed. We used this as a home base to explore Avila beach & Morro Bay. Found some gems in the surrounding town of Atascadero too. My only feedback is that pre-checkin communication could be better. However, reponses for info were always fast and helpful.

Relaxing and cute!

Wonderful experience! Everything provided for and a very comfortable experience. Our host was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and very easy to access, and parking is great. Thank you also for the extremely well stocked kitchen! We had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Clean, quiet, comfy

Everything was exactly as described and it was spotless! Super comfy bed. The split unit heat/cool units are really efficient and quickly warmed up the space on a chilly rainy day. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to town. A quick drive (like 10-15 min) to Paso and Templeton. A short (30-ish) min drive over the mountain to Morro, Harmony, Cambria.

This was the perfect little spot for graduation weekend. Comfortable little 1x1 with 2 air conditioning units to keep things cool, close to everything you need, do not hesitate to stay here.

Property is cute and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. All we needed for cooking was there. Downtown is super close and grocery store is not super far either.. Nothing to complain about.
