This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open \~mid May to mid October) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that this is a saltwater pool. The Space: Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open \~mid May to September) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that our pool is a saltwater pool. The kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals. The dining room has seating for 8\. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, TV, and a desk when you have to bring work with you. The partially finished basement features a pull out full couch (small but perfect for 2 kids or 1 adult),, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options. Pet friendly with a max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The pool was too cold to swim but definitely not anyone’s fault but Mother Nature. It’s been a terribly cold spring which made the hot tub perfect! I will definitely stay here again! House was very clean and there was plenty of games to keep the kids busy. The cold did not stop my kids from enjoying some time relaxing in the hot tub.
