The spot is SO convenient -- just a two-block walk to the each and boardwalk. The location is a quiet, family street lined with lovely homes. Stuart was a perfect host, always available if we have questions. We hope to return. »

« Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay! »

« We loved this place! The home was clean and orderly with lots of room for our 16 person family reunion. The location was ideal- close to the beach and the charming shops and coffee bars. The pots and pans were a little wonky, but we made it work. We would definitely be back the next time we are lucky enough to get together.
