« I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! »

« L’hôtel est bien situé : commerces à proximité, proche d’Auckland et des parcs.
C’est notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel : déception cette fois-ci pour un séjour de 10 jours aucun ménage, pas de changement de draps, les serviettes propres ( quand ils y pensaient) étaient posées sur la table basse du salon ( les serviettes sales toujours dans la salle de bain).
Le sol n’a pas été nettoyé du séjour.
Je ne comprends pas une telle baisse de prestations, j’apprécierais cet hôtel au bon rapport...
