"The location was superb. Close to the waterfront and yet in the middle of the village. It felt like home. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. Communication was excellent despite some technical difficulty with our phone once we arrived in Spain. Thankfully a kind tourist gave us his personal hotspot to at least get us to the apartment. With luck, I went to the business that was below the apartment looking for help in finding...

"This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. "

"Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit Grill. Im Garten stehen überall Orangen- und Zitronenbäume, die Petro (Besitzer) pflegt und hegt. Wir durften seine feinen Orangen, Zitronen pflücken und geniessen. Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). Petro war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn was war. "

"Big home with a great pool for 2 families to enjoy a lovely island get away. Host and owner were nice, responsive, attentive and helpful. It is an older house, so minor issues with shower spray, mild musty smell, dust from outside. But no issues that were a big problem. We were mainly put back on the patio and swimming- the pool is amazing. The surroundings are private, peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous. We would stay again!"

"Pros: Lovely host, very easy and friendly to communicate with. The cats and dogs present at the location. The location itself is fantastic. Close to Artá (which had everything you could need), fresh fruits and eggs, ... Cons: We had bad luck with the weather, which meant the pool wasn't an option. But that's not anything the owners can decide."

"Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay."
