The location is excellent, in the heart of the all the attractions in the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so so - there's no vegetables at all. The room is clean, but tiny.

Could hear everything in floors above me. Breakfast was not worth the cost. The best thing was how kind the staff were. They helped with my luggage, they helped on a call with my uber when I was panicking and couldn’t understand where to meet the vehicle.

This hotel had a great location, right near the arena, theatre and various plazas. We had breakfast there one morning and it was wonderful! It has air conditioning and on some of the warm days, that comes in handy.

Good strategic location. Overall stay pleasant for a three stars hotel. I have been upgraded to a large suite due to some inconvenience to drive my car to the hotel. Few matters to be considered: if you have large car do not attempt to to drive there unless you have full written guidance info and your GPS is working properly. Parking to the city main place is preferable. Only five minutes walking to the hotel. Better to book suites at the first floor if you are carrying large suitcase (no assistance from the hotel to carry your bag).

Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. Good breakfast with particularly good coffee.
