« Quiet but not a remote location. Checkin was smooth and easy. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the immediate necessities to get us started. Our waterfront views were amazing and full of mannatees, dolphins, otters, turtles and birds. Dawn answered all our questions promptly and with care & a friendly manner. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. « Loved everything about this place. The location was perfect for easy access to Weeki river every day. Pool was great for relaxing after a long day of kayaking. Hopefully owners will update bedroom pic to show the tiny cot bunks have been replaced by nice size bunk beds. We will definitely stay here again. »

« We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much! »

« This is our second time staying here and it was even better this time because there is now a fence so our dogs were able to roam more freely. We saw dolphins and otters and a manatee right from the backyard. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations and we will be back again for sure. »

« Extremely clean home. Updated, very nice. Certainly a home away from home. The neighborhood is kind of a typical older Central Florida neighborhood. The backyard area is fantastic, the deck is great. The cow trough pool was a super big hit with my autistic son. My husband actually wants to create the same scenario here at our home! The beds were very comfortable. There are pots and pans but they are very used and scratched up so if you plan to cook a lot you might want to bring some of your own....
