« Tout était parfait à l’exception de l’amabilité d’une certaine hôtesse d’accueil. Rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi désagréable. Heureusement tous ne l’étaient pas. Pavao était au top et au petit soin chaque matin et soir pour le petit déjeuner et dîner. Et je recommande le restaurant le soir. Très bon ! »

« The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

"Tout était parfait à l’exception de l’amabilité d’une certaine hôtesse d’accueil. Rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi désagréable. Heureusement tous ne l’étaient pas. Pavao était au top et au petit soin chaque matin et soir pour le petit déjeuner et dîner. Et je recommande le restaurant le soir. Très bon !"
