The apartment consists of: \- a living / dining room with a convertible sofa with a real 140 mattress and TV \- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven / microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine) \- 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, \- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and cupboards. \- In addition to an independent entrance (not linked to the apartment), 1 bedroom with storage and 1 double bed, 1 shower room and wc. You can enjoy the terrace with its table and garden furniture and park your car in the reserved parking You can do everything on foot! 50 meters from the apartment, you will find Moulleau beach with its pier, pier and children's beach club. Boat shuttle allowing you to discover the Basin, Bird Island, Banc d'Arguin or Cap Ferret. You can use the nearby public transport (bus) allowing you to go to Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat or even the beaches of the Ocean.
