"Loved the breakfast buffet, as it received 5 stars from us. Also, very hors doevres and two free drinks every day. Location was great cuz you could walk around the lake/pond and view beautiful herons. Also, lots of great very nice restaurants within a block of hotel. Additionally, a Whole Foods store was about 3 blocks from hotel. Attractions near by could be seen taking the trolley car which is free. Great place for a get away!!’"

"We had a problem with refrigerator but property manager had it fixed quickly and she responded quickly The house is good space for families Use of kayak and paddle board was nice with easy in and out of water. We also rented a boat from April marina which we were able to dock in front of property"

"I want to start out saying that we had a great visit as a group and that the host was attentive. In fact, we received a surprise visit the first morning with fresh donuts and that was a very nice touch. The kitchen could use deep clean and refresh on cooking equipment, pots pans, cups etc. If you plan to cook for a crowd, it would be wise to bring your own equipment. The main concern was that all bedrooms are upstairs and the air conditioning upstairs could not keep that area cool at all during the day. They have a lot of fans to combat the heat but that was a bit unexpected. I did contact them and I was told it would cool down at night. We made the best of it and the last night several slept downstairs on a daybed and sofas. If you are bringing a large crowd and plan to have more than 4 cars, you should visit with the host about parking as the neighborhood has very strict guidelines about parking. The host contacted a neighbor who kindly allowed us to use their driveway as they were out of town. It was nice that there was a daybed and trundle downstairs in the breakfast nook for someone who could not do the upstairs safely. The downstairs has many split levels and there are steep steps down to the pool."

"Great Place for the Whole Family!We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Lake Conroe, in a very safe and secure area with security guards and beautiful, well-maintained grounds throughout the country club.There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made dining out very convenient. The host was extremely nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.There was more than enough space for our entire family, including traveling with children, and the property had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We really appreciated how well-equipped the place was.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, family-friendly place in a great location!"
