"Our first room assigned did not have functioning air conditioning. The second room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with many choices and well-prepared foods. One of the main reasons we selected this hotel was the free airport shuttle service. We booked this property in January 2026."

"Mini fridge did not work needed for medicine told there was not one working fridge. Restaurant service was absolutely terrible. Club level had no alcohol and the food was significantly worse than on other visits"

"Nice big room but on arriving late a bit frustrating having to go and find the water tap to fill the jug up. Also, had a Nespresso machine but no pods but had sachets of coffee but no kettle. Rang reception who said there were no pods until the morning, which was fine, and they sent a kettle up, but surely that should have been checked and arranged when the room was prepared. Minor issue but at that price for a room expected better. "

"Easy check-in process. Fun high tech room with easily customizable temp/lights, etc which was an amazing feature. Staff was very nice and the breakfast selection was really good. Would love to stay here again both here and in other cities!"
