Avec en plus un studio attenant à la maison. La maison est composée de : Un vaste séjour offrant une vue mer, composé d'un grand canapé et 3 fauteuils, coin salle à manger (l'accès à la mezzanine à l'étage n'est pas compris). Le séjour est climatisé. Une cuisine séparée toute équipée. Un wc séparé. Vous aurez accès à 4 chambres (dont le studio attenant). Toutes les chambres sont climatisées. \- Une chambre avec lit de 180x200cm et sa salle de douche privative avec accès terrasse et WC. \- Une chambre située dans un studio attenant à la maison avec lit de 180x200cm et sa salle de douche privative et WC. \- Une chambre avec deux lits 90x200cm et sa salle de douche privative avec alcove/verrière sur le salon. \- Une chambre avec lit de 180cm et sa salle de douche privative et baignoire et WC. Un jardin avec piscine 13x5 m (profondeur entre 1,10 m et 2,40 m), un terrain de boule, un salon de jardin sous pergola en bois, 4 chaises longues simples et 2 chaises longues doubles. Une table à manger est également à votre disposition, ainsi qu'une plancha. La piscine est sécurisée par un volet electrique. La piscine peut être chauffée pour votre confort hors été. Une semaine de délais est nécessaire afin d'obtenir une eau à 25 degrés. Autour de la piscine, vous aurez accès à une douche extérieure. 2 emplacements pour stationner vos véhicules. La maison ainsi que le studio sont équipés d'un routeur 4G/wifi que vous pouvez capter dans toute la maison. La maison sera prête et propre pour votre arrivée. INFORMATION MENAGE : Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également. Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise. Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine... Sep 1, 2024 Liked: Location Disliked: Check-in, communication #### Family Summer Holiday We love the south of France and have stayed in lots of villas and towns and recommend as a superb place to vacation. This villa has a beautiful exterior pool surrounded by a tiled areas with plenty of chairs, nice sofas and seating looking to distant sea views. The outside dining table is poorly situated away from the house so we didn't use. The refurbished villa has a nice combined sitting and dining area and is bright and airy. The kitchen is small. There is no drinking water filtration system. Household waste bins were provided but no recycling facilities /bins which we brought by car to a nearby facility. There are 3 good sized and nicely decorated bedrooms in the main house. Linen and towels were poor quality which was a shame. Bedrooms were configured as one king bed with headboard, One with 2 twins beds, no headboards and the master suite was a king bed without headboard so a bit uncomfortable. The air-conditioning unit above the master bed leaks a little. There is good storage in the hallway. We did not use the 4th bedroom which has a separate entrance cut off from the main house. We arrived at 5pm, the cleaners were still in the house and bins overflowing from the last guests. For the price we paid we've have expected to met the host on arrival, settle deposits and generally have check in's on anything we needed for our stay. The walk to Antibes is a little too far and car hire recommended. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend this villa. ##### Tina M. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2024
