"The house was clean and well stocked. It did offer sleeping for 20. The places to gather with that many would be the outside porch or AC garage. Just be aware it is a hike to the lake. The trail through the woods was washed out in places. If you have elderly people or small children it is quite a trip. Nice and clean overall but the lake is not visible from the property."

"Great quaint property nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The house has lots of charm—great patio for grilling, overlooking the backyard, with nature all around. Ample parking for boats or just multiple vehicles."

"The outside lawn needed to be mowed and edged. Weeds needed to be pulled from the rose garden. A pool had a black torn tarp and was not available to use. A coke machine was out of order. The room itself was okay. Bed sheets clean. The bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. The tile and grout needed to be scrubbed."
