"A great quiet place to stay, approx 8k's out of the Adelaide city, will stay there again"
"Templewood House was the perfect getaway for our Christmas in July. Upstairs 4 bedrooms each with its own ensuite and comfortable beds. Downstairs a spacious living/ dining area, cosy fireplace and enormous commercial kitchen with a walk-in cold room for a fridge! Electric blankets and heating/cooling in each bedroom.were cosy too. The grounds are picturesque and private. Horse riding is available if you book ahead. Although it's marketed as a wedding venue, it's also well suited for four couples or a girl's pampering retreat. The hosts thought of everything! "
"We have stayed here so many times over the past four years! It is clean, quiet, plenty of parking and fantastic price for a spa room! Also a note on the cleaners, they are so friendly, happy to chat on the way in/out and eager to help. The restaurant down stairs has become a favourite with the pasta deal night (entree, pasta and wine or beer). Being across from the TTP shopping centre is so convenient, we walk across so no issues with finding a park there! "
"Fantastic location not far from the city but you feel like you’re out in the country. The house was in great condition, plenty of room for everyone. No one got bored, there is plenty of entertainment. Kurt, the host, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Sinclairs Gully winery had a music event on which was lovely. The wine tasted amazing and only a short walk to get there. The Scenic hotel was also a nice place to have lunch."
"Positives: cheaper rates, easy check in, they allow pets. Negatives: bed/couch extremely uncomfortable. No hand towels/face washers provided. Not enough towels, tissues nor toilet paper supplied for a 5 night stay. Frying pan warped and unusable."
"Very clean and ample facilities, communication was amazing. We stayed here for gather round and did find it a bit far getting to the ground but the bus trip is only 45 minutes and only a 100 metre walk to the bus stop. 1 bathroom but we made it work as we weren’t all at the property at the same time . Would highly recommend if you are ok with catching public transport/ Ubers. "
