This is what dreams are made of. We stayed in the Rome room, which was spacious and gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and served in a huge, beautiful room. The host was fantastic, especially when she gave us a personal tour. If you want to experience old warm charm, stay in one of the historical rooms and have a castle basically all to yourself.

Chateau Saint Trys is magnificent and unique. Simply extraordinary in every respect, including a remarkable 400-year history. Beautifully manicured grounds with excellent views. Madame de Brosses is a remarkably gracious and friendly hostess, who looked after every detail and was helpful at every turn, including making restaurant recommendations and reservations. We look forward to returning to this wonderful and romantic chateau.

It was a beautiful Chateau,with stunning gardens. The lady of the house was charming,and we only wished we had more time to talk about the history of the building.We are sure it has some stories to tell through the centuries. It would be nice to have had maybe a radio in the bedroom,and some background music in the dining area for breakfast. We certainly enjoyed our brief stay

A fantastic property. A warm and kind welcome from the owners set the stay off to a wonderful start, and the rooms and cheateau did not disappoint. Wonderful grounds for a walk and a well presented breakfast. A truly wonderful place to stay and one we hope to visit again in the future.

We were looking for a place to stay between Nice and Paris and chose Chateau de Saint Trys on a whim. It ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of our France trip. The rooms are huge, the service is amazing, the breakfast was excellent. It felt like we had a castle to ourselves. The kids loved the swimming pool as well. Thanks for a great stay.

To stay in a beautiful chateau with such history was a lovely experience. The care and attention (fresh flowers in our room and bathroom), beautiful linens and local restaurant booked on our behalf were all much appreciated. It makes staying in a normal chain hotel quite a dull experience.

Lovely & Charming

Chateau Saunt Trys was even better than we expected. The proprietor Sybille is as lovely and charming as her Chateau. We enjoyed the pool all to ourselves, and she helped with restaurant reservations for the 2 nights we stayed. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional, and the room was exactly as shown on the website. It was the perfect French countryside getaway!

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour un week end en amoureux, à l'arrivée nous avons eu la belle surprise d'avoir été surclassé car la chambre que nous avions réservé n'était plus disponible. Une fois arrivé dans la chambre 2eme surprise la suite et sublime, classé monument histoire, nous avons voyagé dans le temps. La propriétaire à été très serviable et accueillante. Cerise sur le gâteau au réveille on découvre un petit déjeuner joliment préparé et copieux. Nous somme ravis de notre séjour dans sublime lieu.

Parfait !

Expérience atypique que de dormir au château dans cette immense chambre d'époque ! L'accueil par Madame La Comtesse a été chaleureux et prévenant. Nous étions très bien installés et avons très bien dormi dans cette suite. Nous recommandons le cocktail dinatoire proposé par les propriétaires, très bel assortiment de verrines et coupes accompagné d'un Bourgogne Blanc du domaine. En prime la vue sur le massif des Alpes et le Mont Blanc si il fait beau ! Merci pour votre accueil à nouveau.

Un week-end au cœur du beaujolais

Une très bonne expérience, un site magnifique, des hôtes à l’écoute, d’agréables conversations... Nous étions dans une suite, la chambre principale était très agréable avec une vue sur la Saône, la salle de bain grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, de l’eau et du café à disposition à toute heure de la journée. Un séjour mémorable ! Nous reviendrons
