*There is always potential for noise to be heard at a property. The whole island is full of vacational rentals and there are possible sounds from other rentals. There is also, always potential for local construction to be taking place.

There are raccoons on the island. please do not leave food or trash outside.

From the house there is a door seperating guests from the pool. From the outside there is a gate/fence seperating the guests from the pool. There are no other blocks between the pool/spa.
