The lower level offers a second lounge with direct access to the terrace, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and terrace access, as well as a fourth bedroom currently arranged as a library with a single bed.

The master bedroom occupies the upper floor and features an en-suite bathroom and access to a spectacular private terrace with panoramic views over the bay, port and surrounding mountains. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, it is an ideal spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the scenery.

Outside, the villa offers several terraces with sun loungers and a dining area, as well as a 25 m² private swimming pool and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on warm Mallorca days.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi throughout the property, a portable gas barbecue, a safe, an alarm system and diesel central heating for the cooler months.
