We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Minnie's place! The home was spotless, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad, and Minnie kept us well-informed of the scheduled garbage, lawn, and pest control services. We loved having space to spread out, and the ability to park in the garage was a huge bonus! The desk was perfect for setting up my laptop to stay in the loop with work, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals and warm up leftovers. There was even a closet full of games, toys, and fun activities that kept us entertained! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard patio, and since Anderson is a charming small town that is easy to walk around, this cozy home was in the perfect location—plus, it offered quick and easy access to the freeway. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean, and the A/C worked great during the hot days we stayed there. One person in our group couldn’t make the trip, so the sleeping arrangements worked out fine for us. However, for a place that accommodates five people, there were only two beds. There was an extra mattress in the closet if needed, which was helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time.

Wonderful Family Trip

We used this cozy home as our base to explore the area. Visited Burney Falls and Lassen National Park as well as Redding and Red Bluff. Very much enjoyed this home. Beds were comfortable and the home was well supplied. We would like to visit again.

Great House

This was a great house for our family. Had everything we needed, was great for our pets, and was cozy and felt like home away from home. Host was very responsive and friendly. Definitely will return if possible during future trips to the area.

The home is located close to town in a nice neighborhood. The house was very comfortable. It is decorated cozy and cute. I would recommend this house and stay again if an opportunity arises.

The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and kind. The home was clean and comfortable and well stocked to be a home away from home! The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on away from home! Definitely will be booking again!

Convenient and beautiful home

The house was very clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, a grill, washer and dryer, etc. Felt like home. And very convenient to freeway, gas station and supermarket. Would stay here again for sure. Very quiet neighborhood.

Sweet little spot

The property owner was the sweetest and so helpful. The courtyard was so cute, the house was ever more cute than the pictures. I loved how cozy and charming it was, simple and charming. 5 stars for a dual coffee maker. Very dog friendly, very kid friendly.
