"Enjoyed our executive room however the temperature was set to 23.5C degrees.. we wanted the AC on and had to call downstairs. The lowest it went down to was 22C. Bed was comfortable and room was big enough for us. The welcome soda/pop and snacks was a nice touch. They also provided water for us. "Service at reception - did not answer my calls when I knew someone was there. Not really as welcoming as I thought either, when arriving there. I have also been charged £42 unnecessarily on my credit card. I was told at the end of the stay that I should have any charges and that it should reverse out in next few days (in addition to the deposit that I had paid)."

"This wasn’t our first time staying in a Maldron hotel and yet again it was an amazing stay ! My partner & I stayed from a Sunday to Tuesday so the hotel wasn’t too busy or at least it didn’t seem it maybe because it’s such a big hotel ? Check-In was super fast and all self check-in but a member of front desk was on hand. Hotel room had everything you could need including hair dryer and iron ! The bed was super comfy and room was spotless. Hotel is perfectly situated with a 5 min walk and you’re in the centre of Manchester. We will always choose a Maldron hotel on our city breaks !"
