Staff was lovely, room was comfortable and served our needs for a one night stay. But the location is far away from anything interesting and super-sketchy- at least 20 homeless people hanging out at the gas station across the street all night. I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a night or leave a car in the parking lot.

I had a great stay at this hotel and was especially impressed with the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, particularly with the packages I had delivered to the hotel. They made everything very easy and I really appreciated it. The only disappointment was the use of disposable to-go plates, cups, and cutlery. For a hotel at this price point, I feel guests should have access to proper reusable dishes and utensils. Aside from the cost, the amount of single-use waste is also a significant environmental concern. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the wonderful service from the staff. I would happily stay here again, and I hope the hotel considers a more sustainable approach to its dining amenities

Scarlett was an amazing front desk staff member and the gentleman bartender that also works with breakfast service is also wonderful. We really appreciated the hospitality and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Housekeeping was also first class and the gym is elite.

Aloft is a great place to stay with pets. My little Scottie really loved stopping by the front desk every morning for a dog biscuit. I really loved the clean room and well maintained grounds, as well as the central location. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re in town.

Rooms are cleaned every other day. On the second day housekeeping came at 9:30am while we were getting ready for the day. We asked that they return later. They never came. We also asked the front desk twice to have them come clean, they never came. We ended up going again to the front desk to get our own towels. Our room was located on the first floor right next to the entry door to the hallway so we got to hear everyone at all hours of the night coming and going. Breakfast was good, snacks at the front were very good as well. There are two Tesla wall chargers on 60A circuits so charging was great!

Clean room, nice staff, had a hard time with reservations, Again with using Expedia . My first experience with doing that. I will call directly next time. The little store, is extremely expensive. $9 yogurt $9 for naked juice. $17 for breakfast. The bar, not never went there. The rooms were so expensive over $500 a night. Hardly anything in the room. The bed, a little table nook like, tv on wall, that if you want to watch Netflix or something you had to use your own credentials. Absolutely ridiculous. The rooms had barn door slide on the bathroom. You could hear people slamming the doors and it would make me jump. I don’t know if I did come back- I might try winter. Then the tourists would be gone.
