Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect their privacy. Thank you for your understanding. Hot Tub Rules & Safety: \- No lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk. \- Adult supervision for children under 18 years old is required when using hot tub \- Hot Tub must be turned OFF after each use and after checkout. Fines incur if found on after checkout $1000 fine will incur if any of the following are violated: \- No pets \- No smoking or vaping of any kind or use of illicit substances \- No parties or events (i.e. bachelor/bachelorette stays) \- Any noise complaints from our neighbors will incur a one-time warning. Any additional complaint will result in early termination of your stay with no refund and the aforementioned fine \- Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am \- No extra or overnight guests unless specifically discussed with hosts. Property Disclosures: We have six, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and backyard patio which record video and audio of live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway that actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7\. There are no indoor cameras. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are violated. We also squeezed in a trip to Disneyland. This was centrally located to the activities we were doing, so it was really convenient. The neighborhood is pretty good. Not the quietest, but not that bad. A basic north O.C. suburb. The neighbor's rooster woke us up a couple times, but we felt safe, and getting around from there was easy.The house was pretty clean and pretty well stocked. It could have used some more food storage dishes, and the handles on the kitchen cabinets were a little sticky. The bathtubs had some build-up and wear-and-tear, but fortunately, we only took showers. The beds and most surfaces were really clean. We were particularly impressed with the closet shelves - no dust! The Jacuzzi was clean and well-maintained and the towels smelled fresh.The WiFi and the A/C were easy and reliable. The game-room was a hit with all of us. We liked being able to pull the ping-pong surface off to play pool, and the old-school arcade games were an awesome feature!Communication from Smi and Ved was really prompt and clear. Getting in was easy, and the system was simple. The rules are easy to follow and reasonable. There was plenty of space to spread out, but great places to gather as well. The mattresses were on the harder side, but good quality with plenty of pillows and nice linens. Overall a great stay! ##### Phil J. It was even bigger than we expected from the photos, so we could spread out if we needed some space. Communication with the property managers was great. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that you may hear a neighbor's rooster in the early morning hours (but just barely). Our only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of room on the street. We had three cars in our group, and we managed to make it work, but there would not have been room for a 4th car. This house is lovely and comfortable for a large group staying in west Anaheim. ##### Brita E. The owners are extremely responsive, very nice, with reasonable rules and minimal checkout expectations. We had 4 couples, one adult, one toddler and one baby in our group and the place was more than comfortable for everyone. We were a group of 13 people (adults and teenagers) and we all really enjoyed the house amenities. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the amusement parks and grocery stores. The communication with the host was excellent! Everyone in our group thought that this house was beautiful, and had every thing we could have wanted or needed during our stay. Excellent layout, and all the bedrooms were spacious. The game room and hot tub were both hits. We’ll definitely stay next time we are back in the area. The house is a very short Uber ride to Disneyland, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from nearby. Costco is only 10 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood and super easy check in/check out process. Can’t wait to come back! ##### Christopher H.
