Improvement needed in the pool area and ensuring that all amenities advertised are provided

We loved everything about our stay. We were welcomed by Chris, one of the hosts,, who explained the island to us, recommended come activities, and even arranged, transportation and reservations. Zoe was also excellent. They treated us like VIP from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was an amazing experience and when we will never forget.

Service was wonderful and the staff made us feel pampered with the daily breakfast, which was fresh and delicious. Location was very convenient for food options and bus transportation to other parts of the island. Loved staying in La Vida Breve, but disappointingly the hot tubs were definitely not hot enough during our stay when the outside temperature was around 60. The rooftop jacuzzi was lukewarm at best and the smaller one was a bit warmer but still not hot. The view from this suite was amazing so I wish I could have spent more time enjoying it in the hot tub. Besides that, everything was still wonderful.

The hotel is a beautiful property. The staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant is a little slow on receiving food and drinks especially if you’re in a hurry. The pool was very cold so we were not able to use it at all during the stay. There were a few issues with the water in our room while we were there. The front desk staff helped make the room Beautiful with flowers and candles for one special night. The staff made up for the few issues the hotel lacked. Overall it was a magical stay and I would love to come back
