An der Rezeption war man dankbar für diese Hinweise, wollte jedoch nichts weiter unternehmen, da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Nachdem ich die Frage, ob mich diese Mängel stören würden, mit ja beantwortet hatte, fand man schließlich doch ein Ersatz-Zimmer. Das war ganz in Ordnung. Den Allgemeinzustand des Hotels würde ich als "abgewohnt" beurteilen. Wie das Hotel zu den vier Sternen, die über dem Eingang prangen, kommt, weiß ich nicht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war einigermaßen akzeptabel. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis nicht umwerfend, aber in Ordnung. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden. Warum dafür 12,50 pro Tag verrechnet werden ist nicht ganz verständlich, wenn man weiß, dass die nächste öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung etwa 10-15 Gehminuten (je nach Kondition) entfernt ist. In der Nähe der nächstgelegenen Metro-Station ist übrigens ein Gratis-Parkplatz (park&ride). Wenn man schnell vom Hotel zur Metro ging, dauerte es 40 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal war - wie in vielen Hotels - unterschiedlich. Von ausgesprochen freundlich bis eher schlecht gelaunt war alles dabei. Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Amsterdam würde ich jedenfalls nach Alternativen suchen. Die Lage habe ich selbst ausgesucht, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war o.k. Hotel is super dicht bij de Arena als je gebruik wilt maken van P+R naar Amsterdam. De kamers schoon maar gedateerd. Het uitzicht vanuit restaurant is echter prachtig.
