The first room on day one had a broken bed, the sink leaked and had to be stopped with towels, the electrical box was hanging out of the wall. You can hear the bar till late in the night. The front desk is great. The service in the restaurant is very slow takes 30 minutes to be served. Transportation was great to the airport

The bed was very large and very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet in the restaurant and the shuttle bus to the airport was convenient

The staff were incredible and the overall service in the hotel. All facilities in the hotel are so clean and you get value for your money. Definitely will be booking again

Overall I (my wife and I) liked the hotel totally. One thing is annoying. The shuttle bus needs to have much more space for storing luggage. Afterall, people coming from and going to the airport have luggage with them. And it is very uncomfortable not having enough space for their luggage. Anything else, perfect.

Hotel is nice, our room was clean and spacious we had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing. We had the buffet dinner there at the hotel and it was good. We used the transportation to the airport which was convenient. Overall nice property, would stay here again when visiting Netherlands.

If you are visiting Amsterdam to see the sights the shuttle service from the hotel to the Airport makes travelling by rail simple.

Very very nice! It was just an overnight with an airport shuttle. Beautiful room after my cramped experience in Lisbon. Would stay there again but it’s no where near Amsterdam city center so I’m no sure what or where restaurants and shopping are in relation to the hotel.

This property while close to airport had expensive, limited dining options. We ate from the convenience store in the lobby. The room started out with the pull out bed not working , they remedied this with a roll away bed. Make sure you ask where they intend to place you in the main hotel or the apartments. This was a bit of a shock. If you have children there really isn’t a lot of privacy leaving the shower.

The hotel is designed beautifully and can be slow to check in due to passengers from flight cancellations. The food is good and the Sky bar has fantastic views. The free shuttle bus from the airport is a winner whether you are checking in or need to connect to go to town. It's about a 15-minute walk to a small shopping centre with AH, Lidl and restaurants.

A lovely hotel with very good facilities. Easy access to the airport and can take a train from there straight into central Amsterdam. Good mix of food choices and places to eat, both the Bistro and the buffet in the main restaurant was amazing. Good value and very tasty, with very friendly waiting staff. With the Skybar, you have the option to go somewhere a bit livelier than just the bar on the ground floor. Would definitely use this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We really liked the Skytop Bar & dining facility, despite very rainy weather. Beautiful views. My only complaint is that at night the lights in the bathroom and toilet don't have a dimmer function or a night lite setting. When you enter the toilet to pee in the middle of the night (many of us) it's blinding. The bed is very comfortable and the shower great.
