A real dump! Looks like it only gets properly cleaned once a year. The dishes in the cupboard were greasy, rhe washroom floor had tufts of (other people's) hair, there were dirty stains running down the wall from somerhing that spilled last year. The internet was inconsistent , but mostly off. The neighbourhood is not for tourists. Great if you're looking for plumbing materials, tho it was fairly close to 7rh Circle and JETT bus station. The staff have serious addictons to their phones. Dor rhe price, worst value for money so far. Dont stay there.

Reasonable accommodation & good place to my visit

The location of the Apartments was very convenient with general facility provided to a good standard. The Room that I had was OK, Bed was comfy and Clean. You can smell the cleanness and the smell of detergents from All communal areas. Bath and shower were OK. Cupboard and bedside were a bit old. Cooking facilities in the room might need a bit of improvement, but still OK to use in a good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Premises were not star classified, and this was OK for me. I was busy all the day and needed a place to sleep and do some work in between at room on my laptop. Internet was available on site. I will be looking to go there again as it was a very cheap accommodation if compared with other accommodations available online in the same area and it presents a reasonable value for the money paid.
