"A 4 day trip but had to ask for the towels to be changed and bins emptied also toilet paper, also no water in fridge. No-one spoke English. Breakfast was ok but no cold meats as you normally get in a Turkish hotel and no juices. Hotel was clean "

"All the channels are in Turkish, you cannot stream Netflix. I ordered tenderloin steak plate. It came rare cooked so I asked for medium. It came back burnt. I didn’t complain. I just ate it. It was late and I was tired. It is a nice hotel but it’s a bit old. It’s clean the the sauna and steam rooms are good."

"Excellent hotel. It was very clean, and my room was exceptionally spotless. Everything in the hotel appeared new and well maintained. The breakfast was great and very delicious, served as an open buffet with many options. The location was also excellent—right in the center of Ankara. The staff, including housekeeping and the restaurant team, were very professional and friendly. The front desk clerks were extremely helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely return and stay at this hotel...

"Stayed 3 nights alone. Staff are very polite and helpful. Cleanness of room was perfect. Beds are not the most comfortable but not bad. Location is at very centre so there may be a little noise coming from the windows at evenings. Breakfast is satisfying. I may stay ağacın."

"Great little boutique hotel in trendy Galata. Just 4 min walk to the tram and 5 mins up the steep hill to Galata Tower. The lebanese restaurant next door is fantastic and great coffee options all around including downstairs from the hotel. Staff are friendly. Nice balcony. Our bed was too big for the room and the sheets didnt fit, other than that, great value for a family of four."
