"Terrible experience. When we arrived, I noticed there was a sign advertising a free bus pass for the city and surrounding areas. When I inquired about this pass the woman at the front desk said “I wouldn’t do that, everything you need is in walking distance, it’s only useful if you need to leave the city”. I replied that we were going be leaving the city for some activities, and we were hoping to visit a pool which was a little further from walking distance, so the pass would be helpful. I was met with rude and sarcastic remarks and said if I want to do activities outside the city I should just “book a tour.” She would not give us the free buss pass that was advertised on the front desk. The next day, another staff member was working and happily gave us the passes when asked for them. This hotel is also very dirty, not well maintained and is on a very busy street corner so you will not get much peace since there is no air conditioning and you will need to leave the window open at all times. The “double bed” is 2 twin beds pushed together on very flimsy mattresses which always separated whenever my partner or I rolled over in bed. The hotel is close to a lot of tourist attractions, however it is just not worth it. Very disappointed."

"I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side. The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time. Overall, if you don't mind commuting a bit for sightseeing or if you just need a reliable, clean place to sleep, it’s a fine option. Otherwise, you might want to look for something a bit more central."

"Absolutely gorgeous place! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a warm, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable with amazing attention to detail. One thing though is at night we could hear people talking from the room next to us. Walls are not as soundproof as we thought so not super quiet. The staff was ok. Not very friendly or helpful. That was probably the only downside. The location is a bit far from the city but it was perfect for exploring the area if you like to walk or bike. There is also a bus you can take and the stop is just outside the main entrance of the hotel. We wanted to stay in this hotel to feel the Sound of Music vibe and we loved it. The place is a dream and made our stay memorable. All the rooms in the hotel are extremely beautiful and unique! Really magical! Breakfast is amazing and included which is a plus always. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!"

"The staff was amazing. They were polite, helpful, courteous, and professional. Parking is free and accessible from the first floor. They also offer bus information to get into the city. The room was rather small, especially for four. In our case, the shower doors did not seal properly, causing lots of water to splash out and creating a mess and a slip hazard. Overall it was a good stay but the price was a bit high consisting the room size and shower issue. Did I mention the hotel staff was amazing?"
