« Fantastic location and wonderful property. Hot tub required wood for heating and took time to reach required temperatures. Sauna was outstanding and property well maintained. Security lights stayed on too late at night and landscape lights came on too late to enjoy the outside in the evening. Kristen was very responsive and Michael was very helpful with the walk around to help us feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience. »

« Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren. »

« Hôtel à l’environnement très bruyant face à une route excessivement passagère. Avec un niveau de prix assez élevé, nous aurions a minima trouver une bouteille d’eau avec les 4 verres posés sur une table. Même pas un petit bonjour le matin au petit déjeuner, c’est déplorable ! Certains hôtes vantent leur restaurant où on est accueilli comme si on dérangeait… On nous a collé dans un coin de la terrasse sans lumière… Nous n’avons même pas pu manger de dessert, on ne voyait même pas nos assiettes....
