"Staff needs to be more attentive and friendly. And the horse riding tours need to be more organized. When you arrive to the property to check in, someone should take you to your cabin, and show you the grounds. You are left to fend for yourself and figure it out on your own. They need thicker blankets because it gets cold in the cabin or the option of a portable heater should be put in each room. Our tv wasn’t working and we asked for extra blankets and no one showed up, it was raining so maybe that’s why not sure. Their check out system needs upgrading, it’s pretty tacky that you have to wait for a staff member to come count the pillows, towels, and all things in the room to be sure nothing has been stolen before you leave. Extremely uncomfortable and tacky system! Especially since I’m the kind of person who never takes anything that isn’t mine. It’s just plain rude! They need to come up with a different system. Other than that the cabin is cute. Don’t expect too much privacy though, they have farm workers walking the grounds at all hours 3AM so on … your best bet for privacy unfortunately is to keep your curtains closed which defeats the purpose of having the all glass walls to view the beautiful scenery this Finca offers. Overall it was a nice experience but not sure I’d stay again unless the things mentioned are fixed."

"Stayed for two nights, the hotel is simple and nice. However, this is the first time I stayed at a hotel where the staff is extremely loud while doing their work (cleaning the rooms or checking if you need laundry?). Staff started their shift early morning, no later than 8:00am. First morning got woken up by a knock at 8:00am asking if we had laundry. The next morning got woken up by an extremely loud knock and a loud voice at 4:45am!!!! Apparently the people staying next door requested to be woken up at that time. Not sure why the need to knock and yell that they were there to wake them up as they requested. The rooms had phones, why not just give them a call!?"

"Pequeños inconvenientes al usar el sauna y spa, tuve que pedir cambio de toalla que se la tuve que pedir a un adolescente la había agarrado y la estaba usando, personas sin traje de baño usando el jacuzzi en ropa interior o pantaloneta. Los baños del spa se mantenían sucios por la cantidad de personas presentes por el finde largo. El primer día esperamos 1hr para que hubieran toallas disponibles."
