"Front desk staff was very friendly, Room and hotel was good condition. Housekeeping and general upkeep was lacking in some areas. Room showed some general weat and tear. Toilet in our room and a sticky flusher and shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Hotel location was great and view from our room was nice! "

"The breakfast was food, but as many bugs and roaches that I found in the hotel I didn’t really want to eat any of it. The hotel charged me for incidentals when I know for a fact, I left my room clean. I feel like I got charged for incidental since I pointed out there was so many bugs in the hotel. I tried contacting corporate and they told me to talk to the hotel, but I feel like the hotel staff since they decided to charge me for the incidentals, why would they change their mind overall it was a great experience, even though I was just using it to stay for a few hours to get rest, but I’m definitely not using that hotel anymore in Bremerton, which is sad because it used to be a great hotel when I used to use it all the time for my Navy reserve weekends "

"Breakfast was decent. Room clean. I reserved 2 nights. There was a mishap with room i reserved so I was compensated with a third night. Front desk person didnt send memo to staff that we were ataying 2 nights so housekeeping knocing on door and then frint desk calling room telling me it was time to check out. Need to upgrade your cable channels. Nothing to watch. No movie channels etc. "

"Nice room overall. Fireplace was nice. Everything worked. However, the bathroom and entry tile had a lot of grime and dirt showing on it. It was not from a recent stay but appeared to be accumulation over time. I wonder if the carpet was that dirty too. "

"Interior seemed to be renovated. Very clean. Comfortable beds/bedding. Spacious rooms. Nice that they provide shampoo and conditioner instead of the 2 in 1. Having breakfast delivered to our room was convenient. Access to small beach is nice. "
