Cozy Log Cabin in peaceful wooded surroundings

This charming log cabin is the perfect getaway from your busy life. Built by the owner with authentic logs and craftsmanship this unique cabin will make you feel right at home. Relax on the hammock for an afternoon nap, or on either of the covered decks off the master bedroom. The cabin is furnished with beautiful antiques, a comfortable living room, kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Venture out onto the 1 acre fenced lot to the garden , picnic area and giant fire-pit by the rustic storage cabin. If adventure calls, you are conveniently located near the clear waters of the Skykomish river for swimming, kayaking, river-rafting and fishing. Endless hiking trails are nearby which offer spectacular views of the river, Mt. Index, and the Cascade Mountain Range. For those who love the snow, Steven's Pass is a mere 50 miles away for downhill skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. Or simply relax and unwind and enjoy nature at its finest in this stress free log cabin retreat. Dogs are allowed with an additional cost of $25 per dog, per day. Please no more than 2 dogs and cleaning up after your dog is expected. Please, out of respect for are Cabin and those coming in after you , No , pets are allowed in the Cabin unsupervised. Should you leave the Cabin , so must your pets . Please bring your own 💩 bags. Thank you.

I was attending a wedding weekend at High Rock Castle, and this was the perfect off-site location for it. I was roughly 4 minutes away from the location. There's a privacy fence around the entire location that does an excellent job separating your stay from the surprising amount of industrialism occurring around it. Lots of spiders, though.

Pleasant cabin in the woods

Great stay, comfortable beds, the kitchen had all the dishes/cookware we needed. Provided a very restful place to return to from a long day in the field! The check-in process was good, except for the instructions on how to find the entry gate. The entrance/driveway is almost hidden by a cluster of trees that were not mentioned in the check-in instructions. If the host had included the trees in the description, we would have found it a lot sooner! Super friendly, would stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Use your maps to find the road but listen to the Host on what to do once you get on that final road the cabin is on. Apple and Google will get you there but will mislead you on the final road!! Host is very helpful. Landscaped beautifully and clean comfortable cabin. Has everything you need just pick up your groceries! Would definitely stay again.

Cozy retreat

Awesome property, cabin is so cozy with much attention to detail. Dog loved the space as well, lots of room to play. The host is wonderful and very helpful. A great experience all the way around. We'll be back.

Cute Cabin in the woods.

Over all this place is great. This is our second time staying here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, as is the cabin, both inside and out. The manager was easy to work with and helpful. The only issue was the switch that turns off the power to the air conditioner that unlabeled and right by the entry door. It is easy to hit it as you walk out the door, as we did on one occasion, turning off the AC for the day. When we returned the house was very hot. It would be nice if there was a label on it. It is quite and cozy. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Monroe.. It is well worth the extra drive.

Beautiful and serene spot

Amazing place to stay and enjoy solitude and being close to nature! We stayed during the renaissance festival which was a short 20 minute drive; the rest of the time we enjoyed sitting outside with coffee, reading (no phones allowed rule!) or talking to each other- just what we needed. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Absolutely perfect!

We decided to visit the PNW last minute and this cabin was one of the last properties available. We were beyond blessed with this lil gem. We visited all 3 National Parks as well as San Juan islands. Perfect location, very secluded, very quiet, yet close to town. Would 100% stay here again.

Comfy Cozy Cottage

This is a secluded adorable log cabin off the beaten path. Just what we needed for some quiet down time. Yet close enough to town to visit family. It was clean and well stocked. The decorations for fall were superior. The clean, well kept landscaped and fire pit area were great. Be prepared to drive down a dirt road. (well kept) And keep an eye out for the sign that says “Cozy Log Cabin”. You cant see the house until after you turn into the unpaved driveway.

The host' email guidance to get to the cabin was essential. The property and the cabin were immaculate, all wonderfully private. The cabin was very cozy and everything was available for an amazing stay. The little things such as the propane for the BBQ, the coffee, the great beds, we take things like that for granted, but when in a different place it makes all the difference. The distance to Monroe for groceries is easy. We would have loved to stay at least another week if we could. Thank you Adriane, you were a wonderful host, extremely responsive to my few silly questions. I look forward to be back soon and hope we can rent your cabin again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Only minor quibble is it should say in the listing that pets cannot be left unattended. We received instructions 2 days before our stay with this rule and left us no time to plan options for our dog. We don't have a problem with the rule, but it should be in the listing. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
