A former factory transformed into a place for family or group receptions, L'Epinette consists of a group accommodation and a ballroom.

The room has all the equipment to organize a birthday or simply to invite your family for a festive moment.

Room capacity: 70 people seated. Sleeps: 26 pers and up to 60 people on option

Located in the heart of Belledonne, right next to Allevard's lake and close to ski resorts.

Belles prestations

La salle est très bien équipée, les gîtes également. Très bonne insonorisation, même nombreux lors d'un repas, le son est bien absorbé. Le propriétaire a été très réactif quand nous avions des interrogations. Nous avons découvert un ménage mal effectué, il a fait intervenir quelqu'un rapidement afin que nous n'ayons pas à le faire nous-même. Je recommande !

Salle idéale pour notre événement festif entre amis : bien équipée et les gites sur place sont très pratique pour pouvoir séjourner le temps d'une nuit (ou plus).

Youpie !

La grande salle équipée et les dortoirs est sont très bien. Une déco chaleureuse sur les murs serait appréciable pour l'ambiance. Quelques tableaux, posters de montagne. A terme une liaison interne salle-dortoirs serait bien en cas d'intempéries, ainsi qu'un sol dur antidérapant à l'extérieur, reliant ces deux espaces et les télécabines. Cela faciliterait le nettoyage et serait plus confortable et sécurisant pour les personnes fragiles. Un studio en rez-de-chaussée ou un ascenseur pour l'accès aux PMR (Personnes à Mobilité Réduite) me paraît indispensable pour l'ouverture à tous les publics. Quelques portes et verrouillages forcent, un peu d'huile et un coup de raboteuse devraient y remédier. Rampes de sécurité dans les escaliers. Indiquer l'adresse du gîte sur le site internet.

Super séjour en famille à Courchevel !

Appartement idéal pour 10 personnes. Bien agencé, bien équipé, bien décoré et tout confort, il ne manquait rien ! Station courchevel 1650 est tres familiale. Logement au pied des pistes, très pratique, commerces à 5 mn à pied, donc pas besoin de voiture. A louer sans hésitation !
