Lovely country resort, close to town

Charming country hotel less than 10 minutes from downtown Alghero but you feel like you are in the middle of a farm estate. Lovely pool and a very delicious breakfast buffet to go along with a super-friendly staff and a very comfy bed. Oh, did I mention they have a tennis court? So bring your racquet with you.

Hôtel à 5 kms du centre d’Alghero (env 15 minutes en voiture), rien autour sinon les chevaux du club hippique (et les mouches qui vont avec !!!) L’hôtel serait plutôt un Agrotourismo : anciennes écuries reconverties et chambres. Le lieu n’a pas de charme / d’âme. Les bâtiments sont propres mais plutôt austères. Pas de soin de decoration extérieur ou intérieur. Nous avions demandé une suite avec patio. On nous a donné une chambre en Rez de chaussée donnant sur le bâtiment d’en face, aucune vue. Le patio, en Rez de chaussée, est à la vue de toutes les personnes qui passent. La salle de bain de la chambre est très petite : impossible d’y placer ses affaires, très sombre et moisie (nous avons réservé pour 4 jours). La chambre sent l’humidité. Elle est sombre. Le wifi n’est accessible qu’à la réception de l’hôtel (inexistant dans la chambre ou au restaurant). La piscine n’a quasiment pas de plage. Le petit déjeuner est assez sympa : des fruits frais absolument pas mûrs, des jus de fruits. On ne vous propose pas d’œuf à la coque ou brouillés. On vous sert votre boisson chaude à table (et vous pouvez attendre un certain temps !!). Le tout pour 290€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner!!! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement qui a un très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Il y a bien mieux et moins cher dans Alghero.

Super ophold, med skønt stort værelse. Vand i minibaren hver dag - de var dog ikke kolde da den først kølede når nøglen var aktiveret. Fin poolområde, som bliver vedligeholdt. Skøn middag, kan anbefales. Sødt og venligt personale.

Le personnel est très agréable et charmant. L’hôtel est d’apparence un petit peu vieillissant mais les services proposés sont très intéressants (piscine, tennis, sauna/Hamam/soins, équitation).

Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Der große Pool und der Poolbar, die auch vom Preis-Leistung Angebot top ist. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Grünanlgen sehr gepflegt. Das Restaurant am Abend sehr stilvoll mit abwechslungsreicher Karte. Beim Frühstück könnte es etwas mehr Abwechslung geben. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt, ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Fitnesraum kostenlos zu nutzen ist. Aber insgesamt, ein richtig schönes Landhotel zum Entspannen, das ich jedezeit wieder buchen würde.

Hôtel au calme à Alghero

Un hôtel familial qui a une histoire Notre chambre était dans la partie des anciennes écuries Chambre spacieuse avec une hauteur de plafond incroyable ,confortable et bien équipée Le seul bémol une insonorisation un peu faible. Wifi correcte et bon petit déjeuner. Le restaurant étant exceptionnellement fermé l’hôtelière nous a conseillé deux restaurants à proximité (1 mn en voiture 5 mn à pieds) car nous ne voulions pas retourner sur le centre d’Alghero. Nous avons excellemment dîné au Villasole. Jolie piscine Au total un hôtel familial au calme avec un accueil sympathique et efficace et un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Terza esperienza e terza valutazione positiva. Struttura molto bella e curata nei particolari con presenza di piscina e Spa. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Stanza spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Colazione molto buona e varia. Posto molto molto bello. Unica piccola pecca il wi-fi non pervenuto ( almeno nella stanza, mentre nelle sale comuni andava bene). Promosso per la terza volta.

Sympa!!

Hôtel sympa dans un ancien monastère, personnel sympa, cependant plusieurs loupés sur notre court séjour... Coffre fort HS, TV HS, le tout alors que la chambre était censé être prête à 14h et que nous sommes arrivés à 18h...secteur très calme proche d'un centre équestre, à moins de 10 min en voiture d'Alghero

Little gem just 'due passi' from Alghero yown

Amazing place just a 10 minutes drive to the Alghero old town. The pool and garden setting were so nice to wind down after a day of sightseeing and beach. Best of both worlds!!

Disappointing

Did not live up to expectations. The place was shabby and tired. We had to have room changed due to unhygienic condition and both bathrooms stank of bleach. Furthermore we had no indication that there was no restaurant avaible due to low season and there was no courtesy car available for anything other than the airport and we went by train. We were told on arrival that it was expected that all had cars! The taxi to nearest shops was €20 single journey.

Pleasant place

The hotel was a good place to get away from the very touristy Alghero. It was quiet and has the potential to be an excellent place to stay. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. The photos were very well done and were maybe taken some time ago as some areas are now looking tired. The pool was disappointing as by the afternoon was full of flies and dead wasps etc. I’m not sure if it had a filter but certainly needs some upkeep. The baby pool had a broken grill to the bottom- all creating a poor impression. It’s not somewhere I’d return as was quite overpriced I’d say. We had some problems with our room during the stay but these were mostly dealt with swiftly. The owners were friendly.

L’hotel est situé au milieu de la campagne à quelques minutes en voiture du centre d’Alghero, c’est très agréable car cela coupe de l’agitation de la station balnéaire. le jardin et la piscine sont une oasis de tranquillité, on se repose très bien sur les transats à l’ombre d’un palmier ou d’un caroubier... notre chambre (la 18) avait une terrasse très agréable d’ou l’on pouvait admirer les étoiles le soir... possibilité de déjeuner simple et léger le midi sur la terrasse surplombant la piscine.

mehr Schein als Sein

Wir haben über hotels.com gebucht. Ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns freudestrahlend ein upgrade offeriert. Das Zimmer war spardanisch eingerichtet ohne Balkon. Offensichtlich hätten wir für den bezahlten Hotelpreis ein noch kleineres Zimmer bekommen. Schwierig im Gespräch mit den Hoteliers dies zu verhandeln - auch wenn wir italienisch und englisch sprechen. Die Zufahrt war eine einzige Zumuntung. Wir hatten zwar einen SUV doch der Kiesweg glich einer ausgefahrenen Piste. Dies entspricht nicht einer 4-Stern Location. So auch die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz. Niemand macht sich die Mühe Garten wie Umgebung zu pflegen. Frühstück mit unreifen Früchten, abgepackten Fleisch- und Käsescheiben und kleiner Brotauswahl. Wir haben einige andere Gasthäuser im 3- und 4 Sternebereich in Sardinien bewohnt. Mit Abstand war dies die schlechtste Wahl und wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
