Villa Sou is a charming six-bedroom villa with private pool, ideal for multi-family retreats and close to the historic village of Alcudia. Recently refurbished. Set amidst the picturesque countryside between Pollensa and Alcudia, this captivating six-bedroom villa invites you to immerse yourself in tranquillity and comfort. Enjoy the ultimate combination of spacious living, modern amenities and stunning surroundings, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable family gatherings and memorable getaways with friends.  
  
 A private driveway gives us access to the villa, and a large parking space for three or four cars welcomes us to the house. A barrier accesses the private area of the house, where multiple outdoor areas are available for your enjoyment during your vacation. Relax by the sparkling pool, surrounded by luxurious sun loungers and a four-poster Balinese bed, whilst enjoying the mesmerising views of the Mallorcan countryside and the sparkling sea in the distance. A large rear terrace with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, completes the property's outdoor area. On this terrace we can find a tennis table perfect for friendly family tournaments.  
 The interior of the villa features a welcoming hall and stairs leading to the upper floor. The well-appointed interior perfectly combines modern comforts with traditional Mallorcan charm. There is a spacious living room equipped with a large sofa and a plasma TV and a separate cosy reading area for your peace of mind. This part of the house also houses a spacious traditional kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a charming fireplace. A dining table offers ample space for family meals.  
 The villa's flexible layout is perfectly suited to multi-family gatherings and offers three distinct "apartments" that can be tailored to your needs. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, ideal for families with small children. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy the upper floor. Two of these bedrooms can be closed off to create a self-contained two-bedroom apartment with its own access from the rear terrace.  
  
 Beyond the village, you can explore the towns of Pollensa, strolling along its cobbled streets, lined with charming shops and lively markets. Indulge in delicious tapas at local restaurants and soak up the vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy the golden sands of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia or Formentor beach.
