"The Hotel Voila Centro Historico was a wonderful venue. It's located inside the walled city of Cartagena. The lobby and restaurants are beautiful, clean, and inviting and the food is tasty and delicious. The rooftop bar was a beautiful place to have a drink and take in the lovely view of the city during the day and at night. It was also a place to have breakfast in the morning and swim in the afternoon in the inviting pool. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly and assisted me with any questions I had and directions that I needed. My room was large and well appointed. The bathroom and shower was large and clean. The location of the property was central to all activities in the walled city. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cartagena, Colombia."

"I loved to stay in Hyatt but the only thing is that they need to communicate better with the housekeeping staff and maybe can change the bathroom system because when we went to the bathroom at 3am the lights came on automatically . Otherwise everything was wonderful!!"
