« We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. « Before our arrival, the communication with Silkhaus was very good. Anytime we had a question, needed information, we would email and would get a response back within hours. Well before our arrival we received complete instructions as to how to access the parking, gaining entry into the building and the apartment itself. The unit was as nice as it was pictured, and actually better equipped with amenities than we anticipated. Washer, dryer, full kitchen, cooking utensils, dishes, and on and...
